Chapter 1: Building Growth Mindset

I’m born in Finland and started with nothing special.

Overcoming severe asthma as a child originally built my resilience and ignited my interest in new experiences. Becoming a football club captain at age 16 taught me teamwork and leadership.

This foundation was further shaped by rock music. I performed countless gigs with my band, and even hosted a national Guitar Hero competition.

My curiosity led me to explore youth politics, volunteering work, and technical engineering studies before finding my true calling in business.

Completing the Master’s Degree in Marketing & Economics from a top Finnish university in 2012 was a very proud moment. During those special university years, I gained invaluable experiences and connections that layed the foundations for my international lifestyle.

My Story 1987 -

Chapter 2: Mastering Sales and Marketing

Chapter 2: Learning Sales & Marketing

From 2010-2014, I built a career in marketing and international relationships across Eastern Europe & Russia, leading projects in event marketing and brand strategy.

In 2015, I joined Salesforce in Dublin, Ireland, marking the start of a very progressive period in enterprise tech sales.

For 7 great years at Salesforce, I drove digital transformation initiatives, built strong customer relationships, and negotiated multi-million dollar deals with some of the biggest companies in the Nordics.

My role as an Enterprise Account Executive involved regular discussions with C-Level executives, solving complex business problems, and working with large account teams and top consulting partners.

This experience developed my skills in strategic B2B sales, making me an expert in the SaaS business model and advocate for customer success.

Chapter 3. World Tour and Personal Development

Chapter 3: Solo World Tour & Personal Transformation

The global pandemic in 2020 led to a period of reflection and change.

Feeling stuck in life and professionally burned out, I resigned in late 2021 from Salesforce, sold everything I owned in Helsinki, and bought one-way ticket to Thailand. This decision led to a transformational journey around the world with just a suitcase and open mind.

Throughout 2022, I traveled the world (Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa, Europe), focusing on my health, fitness, and personal development. This experience of rediscovery was pivotal, shaping my values and a new vision.

Since 2023, I have served as a full time Business Coach, helping dozens of leaders to manage change, dream big, and build new businesses from the ground up.

Chapter 4: Entrepreneurship

I founded my first company, Grand Iceberg Group in 2022 in Singapore, to provide ongoing, personal and professional growth strategies to ambitious entrepreneurs and aspiring CEOs around the world.

I also put all-in to personal branding and started sharing my thinking and experiences in social media via blog posts, newsletter and even a podcast. I learned content production by following the creator economy, learning AI tools and channel details, and just by trial and error.

Over the last few years, I have met and worked with hundreds of leaders across USA, Northern Europe, and Southeast Asia. Many of them chose to join my coaching programs and industry events to create strategic clarity, increase revenue, and gain confidence to achieve their goals.

I enjoy building systems, and sharing my time with likeminded people.
