I spent seven years at Salesforce as an Enterprise Account Executive before founding my own company in 2022. I thought I knew how growth worked. I didn't. The corporate playbook falls apart when you are responsible for everything: yourself, your product and your revenue.
Exploration mode, imposter syndrome, a revenue ceiling tied to my own time: I lived every stage of it.
