From digital marketing (2010–2014) to enterprise sales at Salesforce (2015–2021) to coaching founders and B2B tech companies across the globe (2022-).

I’ve had the privilege to follow closely two extraordinary 10M€ to 100M€ ARR growth stories with Salesforce Finland and Qt Company.

I’m Winning by Design certified Revenue Architect (2025) able to build scalable go-to-market systems to acquire, retain and expand customers.

I’ve worked with hundreds of CEOs and GTM executives during my career, and I'm actively coaching founders in startup accelerators like KIUAS (Finland), Newchip (USA) and KX Techbite (Thailand).

I’m Master of Science (Econ. & Bus. Adm.). Originally from Helsinki.

As the host of the Focus Forward Podcast, I connect with entrepreneurs around the world to discuss personal growth stories, business strategies, future of B2B sales, and the power of AI.

SALES WITH CHALLENGER MINDSET

I’ve closed over 100 enterprise deals on my career and sold to high-tech, manufacturing, media and professional services industries. Having life experience, good stories, and ability to connect with real people is my competitive advantage.

In 2021, I hit a wall. I was stuck in Finland, burnt out, and running on empty. So I took a massive action: resigned, sold everything, and set off to travel the world solo. That was the most bold decision I have ever made.

In 2022, I lived in a new city every month. I met new people. I learned new skills. Travelled 20 countries and 5 continents. Bali, Sydney, Phuket, Lisbon, Istanbul, Casablanca… That one year, right after pandemic lockdowns, changed everything.

Now, I channel that experience and all my business growth expertise into helping founders and GTM organisations scale with confidence.

I believe physical fitness and mental strength drive all success, and I know that growth always starts by stepping outside your comfort zone.
